If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, The-Board-Store reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.

  • Return Policy

  • We will provide a refund for any item that arrives damaged. Please notify us within 48 hours. Refunds will be given in the same format of payment that was used to purchase the item. Some other items have restocking fees. We offer only store credit for custom-made items such as tack boards, marker boards and magnetic boards. We offer only store credit for any order paid for with a gift certificate. Contract and custom-text pieces are non-returnable.

    If you need to return merchandise, you must contact The-Board-Store customer service before doing so for a return authorization number and shippping instructions; or merchandise will not be accepted. Merchandise must be returned in the original box and returned in good condition. Items that are not properly packaged will not be credited. Returns must be made within 2 days after reciept of the order and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges. Customer is responsible for return freight charges and insurance.

  • Magnet Handling Instructions

    1    Separate by sliding apart.

    2    Once separated, do NOT allow them to come too close to each other, otherwise they will snap together resulting in either personal injury or permanently damaging the magnet.

    3    Do NOT place anywhere near computers, external hard drives, computer monitors or television sets.

    4    They are not intended for refrigerators.  They will scratch

    the finish.

    5    Do NOT use or store in an environment exceeding 80C

    (degrees Celsius) / 175F (degrees Fahrenheit).

    6    These magnets are not toys.  Keep out of the reach of

    children. 

    7     If one or more magnets are swallowed or inhaled, seek

    immediate medical attention.

    Cleaning Instructions

    Clean frames with mild soap and water.

     

    For Marker Board Cleaning  for White Steel Faces:

    Do not use disinfectants or wipes.  Use of abrasive cleaners,

    citrus cleaners, abrasive scrub sponges (Scotch Brites),

    abrasive cleaners and non-approved cleaning fluids.

     Erasing markers while still wet will cause the ink to smear.

    Allow to dry - then erase. 

    Clean the board with Expo Board Cleaner before using. 

    Clean bi-weekly with Expo Cleaner to remove dry erase

    Residue.  Change erasers every 2 – 3 months. 

    DO NOT USE EXPO BRAND BOLD MARKERS. USE OF EXPO MARKERS VOIDS BOARD WARRANTEE.

    Approved Cleaners: 

    Soap and water

    Expo dry erase cleaner

    70% Isopropyl alcohol

    Windex with ammonia 

    For Porcelain-like Marker Boards, TEMP cleaner is also acceptable.

    Please forward these instructions to Department Heads,

    Head of Maintenance and Cleaning Team for the Department or Suite.

     

    To avoid miscommunication, we can, upon request, print cleaning instructions on the bottom of each WHite Steel marker board –as follows:

     NO DISINFECTANT CLEANERS OR WIPES.  Erase board with

    Felt Eraser or Soft Cloth.  Clean with: dry erase board cleaner,

    70% Isopropyl Alcohol or Windex w/ ammonia. USE OF OTHER

    CLEANING PRODUCTS WILL DAMAGE WRITING SURFACE.

     VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
